If someone was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic church, does the Orthodox church recognize either of these sacraments?

The official policy of the church is that it doesn't say one way or another (i.e. valid or invalid). My guess is that in almost all cases someone coming from the Catholic Church would be received by Chrismation and a profession of faith. Chrismation since it is the seal of the gift of the Holy Spirit fills in for whatever, if anything, might have been lacking before.
