I'm not. Our reader is going. His name is Robert Holter, if you happen to run into him. He is with the Helena Orthodox Mission in Helena, Montana.

Wish I was. My priest, Fr. John Peck, and my best friend, the Rdr. Daniel(Mathewson) will be representing our parish. They will also have a booth for InBN (www.inbn.net) our internet radio ministry. Look them up if you get the chance.
In Xp,

There are a lot of Father Johns. It's almost as popular as Father George or Father Nicholas.

I think Father John is more popular than both of those, I can think of a lot more Fathers John in my diocese, at least, than the other two.

I know father John Peck (Kinda). I met him through a mutual friend. Actually he was a reader at my parish in the Mid-90s (I can give you names place etc via PM if you like)! When I met him I was still Lutheran and my friend was as well (my friend was already on the road to Orthodoxy and I was thinking about it.. if I remember correctly he too was once a Lutheran). I doubt he'll remeber me, but he was back visiting for a while (I believe he was already a priest by that time and came back for a funeral or soemthing) and met up with my friend as I tagged along. We ate at Denny's. Yeah... just chillin' at Denny's with an Orthodox priest in the middle of the night :) He was a good guy. Very down to earth. What a small world.
Wow!
John
