I was finally chrismated yesterday!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:liturgy: I am still totally in awe and having difficulty describing what it was like to receive the Holy Spirit and partake of the Life Giving Body and Blood of Christ. There simply are no words to adequately capture what it is to come in contact with the Most Holy Trinity and live.

The Newly Illumined Servant of God,
Elizabeth

Thanks, brothers and sisters! You all played a part in my journey, and I pray God will bless you for the love and support you've shown me.

Yes, my patron is Martyr Elizabeth (or Elizaveta) of Russia. She is a wonderful saint.

Anonykat: Guess who I met about a week ago? Gwen and baby Emelia! She was visiting her family, and her sister Suzie attends my parish. Small world, eh? I want to especially thank you, Katherine. You were the first person to introduce me to Orthodoxy. Were it not for your love of Truth and boldness in sharing it, who knows where I'd be now?! Many years, sis.
