I'm not sure exactly but I believe they're connected somehow.

Are there any doctrinal differences between the Christian Church and the Church of Christ?
Both come from the Restoration movement. They are non-denominational churches so there are lots of differences from congregation to congregation. The overarching difference tends to be that the CoC worships acapella and teaches that musical worship is sinful and the CC does not. Although even this is changing thanks to the efforts of those such as Max Lucado and few others. There are even congregations sharing the same building these days and growing by leaps and bounds. There is very little difference but the one major one is a real hold up for unity between the two churches.

Yes. The Church of Christ doesn't use musical intruments in corporate worship (because the 1st century church never did), and the Christian churches do use musical instruments in corporate worship. Flesh is right that some CoC's teach musical instruments are sinful, but many teach that they just don't know if it's acceptable to God to worship him with musical instruments (since the church never did until after 650 a.d.) so they don't use them.
That's about the only difference.
Disciples of Christ is another branch off of the Christian churches. The main difference there (if I'm not mistaken) is Disciples of Christ churches allow women to hold authority over men, while most Christian churches follow the Bible in regards to that issue.

Some COC's are even holding worship services for both musical and acapella hese days, the divide is shrinking. Praise God!

And it's starting to go away!

Well the DoC is a an actual denomination these days with a central doctrinal authority and all the trappings. Some CC actually allow this as well since they are all non-denom and as things progress I expect to sadly see more and more of it and for it to invade the CoC as well. I actually think that this will draw my church (CC) and my acapella bretheren (CoC) much closer as we combat much larger problems than instruments in worship.

Do all Christian churches believe in baptismal regeneration?

Do all Christian churches believe in baptismal regeneration?
It depends on what you mean by that phrase as it has different definitions to different people. My church does not teach baptism as a requirement for salvation but as the first act of obiedience to Christ after accepting Him as Lord and Saviour. It is a fine distinction to be sure but it is a stance that I can completely support.

Do Christian churches believe that due to Adam's fall that all men are born sinners?

Do Christian churches believe that due to Adam's fall that all men are born sinners?
Not to look like I am avoiding your question but scripture states that all have sinned and come short of teh glory of God. Scripture also states that by Adam's sin death entered the world. Scripture never says we are sinners because of Adam's sin but rather that we are all sinners without qualification. We are all sinners regardless of Adam's sin. Now the doctrine between each CC will be different as the doctrine of original sin is not an essential. I can only answer from my perspective with my church. The CC and CoC are non-denominational so you will find different teachings on a wide range of subjects if you look at different churches. I personally believe that we are all born with the capacity to sin just as Adam was created with that capacity. This capacity is free will. Through Adam's sin death entered the world. I cannot say that all are born sinners because of Adam though as that is not stated in scripture to the best of my knowledge. All living things die because of Adam's sin and we all have the capacity to sin and we all sin.

There is a very interesting conversation about this going on in the Reformed area of this board. The question is actually very deep. You might want to pop in there and take a gander.

No, we don't baptize babies. I assume that's what you're getting to.
Also, most of us would tell you we believe you are baptized for the forgiveness of your sins (just like it says in the Bible).
