Have a look at this (http://www.christianforums.com/t1764991-idea-for-a-new-rule-no-proselytizing.html)thread. We need EVERYONE here to post thier position on this.

We are not here so that people spreading wrong doctrine can be comforted. We are not here to make liberals feel good.
We are not here to encourage non christians to "find peace and love in thier covens".

Make yourself known or lose the ability to tell the truth.

Erwin, made it pretty clear that he would not consider such a rule, so I wouldn't get too concerned about it.

It is interesting how wherever you go, conventions are one good example, that certain people work the rules in order to get an advantage for "their side" isn't it?

Such a rule forbidding proselytizing would really only apply to the Holy Spirit anyway, since he it the one who works in people.;)

Peace be with you,
Marv

Hi there:)

I agree

As believers it is our primary function on earth to lift up the name of Jesus and make him known.

John 12:32 NIV (http://www.ibs.org/niv/passagesearch.php?passage_request=John 12:32)
But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself."

But, making denominational views known might be another kettle of fish.

God Bless
Lismore:)
