The Lord's prayer as it is said in church:
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name,
thy kingdom come, thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our tresspases
as we forgive those who tresspass against us
and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen
The Lords prayer as is stated in the NRSV and to extent in the prayers of our Roman Catholic brothers.
Our father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors
And do not bring us to the time of trial,
But rescue us from the evil one.
Are we correct to include the doxology in our recitation of the Lords prayer as the bible clearly is in line with the Roman Catholic version?

The doxology admittedly was not there in the original manuscripts of the scripture (Though I think the KJV bible may have it). That said, I don't see any theological problem with it. Many scholars think the Lord's Prayer may have actually been Jesus introducing an outline for a larger prayer anyhow, as there was rabbinical tradition of having short prayers outlining the points folks were supposed to mention, meant to be expanded upon by the person saying the prayer. Even if Christ meant it to be said "as is", though, the doxology is after the prayer proper and thus not really a change but rather a small bonus prayer, in a matter of speaking, and there is nothing in it that contradicts the prayer proper or any Christian teaching that I've ever heard. In short, I don't think either way of saying the Our Father is improper and in the absence of any such reason for eliminating the doxology, I'd rather stick with what has been a tradition of many centuries.

The doxology is an 'add on', albeit such a popular add-on that most people think it is in the original.
In the liturgy I use (which is an old Roman liturgy) there is actually a prayer by the priest before the doxology "Deliver us Lord from evil..."

I say it in the Eucharistic rite, but only there, becouse I see it as a part of the Eucharistic rite rather than of the prayer itself.

We include the Doxology in current Missal. It's a very ancient doxology, for example it's found in the Didache: http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/text/didache-roberts.html
