 I was wondering what do you think this vers means:
<<18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.>> I'm having trooble figuring it out any help would be great. I  that you will :help: me. thanks

many non-believers think it's pretty stupid for Jesus to die on the cross. If he was God, why would he choose to suffer? and died such a shameful death?

but God told us that His wisdom (eg. in Jesus's death) surpasses all men's so called wisdom. He deliberately chooses, the foolish, the weak to shame the wise and strong.

If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
how to be a "fool"? first we need to humble ourselves before God, come before Him in humility. Only through a humble heart will we see Him.
Hope that helps.
