Why is it some say
People write G~d for english because they believe that they shouldn't write the actual word.
And then write "Elo h im" (with out the spaces) instead of Elokim as if it doesn't matter.
People will write L~rd and then write Ad o nai (with out the spaces)?
I would think that it would be better not to write Elokim's FULL Hebrew name then His English one. Why is it some write His FULL Hebrew name and not His FULL English one?

Why then do people take the "o" out of G~d?

to follow an honored tradition and to separate the G-d of Avraham from all other gods - in this world there are many called "god" - and those who ascribe divinity to that other than the One True G-d use the same word, capitalized - thus for us to distinguish the real G-d from all the false gods we distinguish His title by making it distinct and unique...
