I have a question? Who would I need to inform with this information?
Father’s day was yesterday, and I got to see my Brother, who I have not seen in a year. And he gives me this information. He got this new job where he cleans human bones to be used for medicinal use. Some of the bone they take and grind into a powder to mix with pig bond that has been ground into a powder and mixed into a past, and is used for bone transplant on humans. It works as filler on bones that need to be glued together or filled in such as hip replacement or accident victims.
My brother asked me whom could he contact with this information.?

This information is not known to the public. And who here would want to have pork bone in your body. My question is whom could I contact to inform of this. It seams to me that a person should have the right to know that if they go in for an operation they should know there is pork going into them. I don’t know if I am making myself clear.
"Who can I contact?" Is there a Jewish origination that puts this information out to the public?

if a doctor is talking about grafts of any part of your body (other than your cornea) and you have a problem with porcine sources you need to ask - most all grafts, from heart valves to skin grafts are or used to be porcine - even insulin was from pig until safe synthetic types were invented....

these days a source other than porcine is usually available, but you need to ask...

I will keep my comments to the medical issue and leave the theological issue for others to discuss: Fact is that the human body accepts the porcine grafts and there is much less difficulty with rejection than from some other sources - hey, humans have been using parts of animals to make life better for a long time - before modern dentistry false teeth were either wooden (the less expensive and MUCH less durable version) or ivory - from elephants and some sea animals, none of which are kosher ;)

I love to watch the science channels, and others like them, and I had learned the same thing Henaynei wrote above. In my opinion, we were told what to eat and not eat; this use of pig products is not eating any more than when we need a blood transfusion, we are not eating the blood to accept it.

Perhaps this is one of the questions we may ask Y'shua in the Kingdom:why are we so medically/physically like pigs that we can accept some of their parts as transplants???? Well, like the pig, we don't have the four-stomach-cud-chewing thing going on -- that's a start!

Q: (http://www.medhunters.com/articles/religionAndHealthcareJudaism.html#summaryQ1)Are there treatments or medications, which are refused by Jews?

A: Since the religion believes that every moment of life is precious, any medication or medical procedure is permitted, if it helps extend life. Therefore, if only pork-based insulin is available, most Jews would prefer to take it than to die from not taking it. However, it is always preferable to use medications with non-offending ingredients.

Q: (http://www.medhunters.com/articles/religionAndHealthcareJudaism.html#summaryQ2)What is your religion's position on the following?

A: Blood transfusions: Donating blood and receiving blood transfusions is fine.

Organ transplant/organ donation: Some people are reluctant to donate their organs because they believe the human form is made in the image of God and should be buried in its entirety after death. Other people see no problem with the donation of organs. And receiving an organ transplant is acceptable, since it helps to extend the life of the patient.

I have an illness that is both rare and hereditary. When I am gone, it could be that none of my organs may be harvested for transplant-use because of the illness, but I am definitely checking into having the problem organ donated for study. It could save future generations of my family as well as those of others'.
