I dedicate her to all of us as a special “House Pet" to love and cherish .:angel:

do you all remember when Velcro lost her kitty...we were all so attached to her...I was thinking of doing this then
do you remember when Talmidim left....I was thinking of this even way back then...

I tried to get us a house pet back then but never had enough blessings(to many trips to obob)

remember when Ahavah left...I was definately thinking of this then and then she sent me enough blessings to do it (thanks sis)

then By Grace made me an offer I had to praise HaShem for:

to adopt Snail's Pace! It was perfect!

we have an adopted son (our middle guy) and His adoption was an Open Adoption as I never wanted Him to wonder or miss something in his life...so I shared him with his birth mom giving her time with him whenever she needed it. She has become a big part of our family (and her family has become MJ- is that just like our ABBA to set that up so perfectly!)

welll back to AJ...

she is here to become a House Pet to love ,cherish, and remind us how we are all connected ,loved, missed when we go away, and here's the big part...to remind us that we are all adopted into the Big family of Jerusalem/Israel...we are as much apart of Her(Isreal/Jerusalem as if she gave to us Birth Herself...

So when you think of AJ think of how we are all connected, adopted, and one big family...this is something we all share with her.

oh and AJ has an inheritance thanks to By Grace (like our ABBA provides for us an inheritance she has provided for AJ) thanks Grace!

Ahh ... now I remember. For some reason I was thinking of a more sinister reason for loosing blessings ... like maybe you kept getting in trouble and so you'd get blessings zapped! :D ;)

AJ was a little bit uneasy last night in her new home but that's to be expected she is over 200 and this is the first real change in her life.;)

I'm not sure how much I should feed her each day...How often do snail's eat?:scratch:

WoW! Cool! I am completely ignorant regarding how these pets work, so from another post earlier today, I had tried to play with AJ, but nothing happened. Now, I know her story! Thank you!!!

I haven't been able to play with her either. I bought her a head of cabbage only to discover that I can't give it away.... Guess I should have read the rules first.... I just figured it was like the armour blessings...

If anyone knows a way for me to send that head of cabbage to AJ let me know.

when the status is already 100% - there t'ain't much you can do ;) 'cuz you already have a totally satisfied pet ;)

the only person who can effect Hunger or Happiness is the owner - the only effect a visitor can have is on the Pleasure when it is down ;) although I think a PM is sent to the member when someone tries to play with their pet even if the status is already 100%

Yea, I'm still trying to figure it all out ... I can never remember if I affect my own pet's happiness or pleasure ... I'll have to refer to Henaynei's post above for my "cheat sheet". ;)

And does anyone know why Lou (my cat) has one eye shut? Is he taking a cat-nap?! :D Seriously though ... what's up with that? Is it nighttime for cyber pets?

And Tish ... that is one OLD snail you have there ... I wish I could remember the stats I heard the other day on a comercial about how long it would take a snail to travel 5 miles (without stopping to rest/sleep) ... it was an insanely long time! Just thought I'd share ... I'm off to bed now. :)

If you guys want to pick out some toys for her, or treats or food, or whatever, I'll go get them and we can give them to her...she has quite a large bank account now so she will be able to have what ever we want to get for her.

ok I just figured it out(let me know please if I have this wrong...it could be a matter of life and death!) I can keep her healthy, fed, and pleasured(with treats and toys) but only YOU can make her happy...you have to play with her alot...when her tongue is out she's "all that!" - grooven, sweet, with it, HAPPY!:clap:...today she had her first playdate with a cute little kitty...the kitty got slimed I'm afraid:sorry:

Looks like AJ is staying happy! Sorry I didn't reply to this thread the other day--I had my reply all typed out, then my computer went bugger on me... :mad: and I had to disconnect... AH!

Anyway, I'm glad AJ is with someone who loves her so much. And I'm glad she's gotten such a hearty welcome from everyone else! I tried to send her a treat, too, but CF wouldn't let me, so I just played with her a bit. :hug:

Actually, her "happiness" level is a reflection of the other three measurements (health, pleasure, and hunger). When health and pleasure are 100 and hunger is zero, then happiness is also 100. If any of the others is less than perfect, then happiness suffers, too. When others play with her, her pleasure increases, which can indirectly affect her happiness IF her pleasure was not already 100. Also, her pleasure decreases only when her hunger gets above 50. And her health suffers only when her hunger is maxed and pleasure is depleted.

Basically, you can't directly change her happiness. But you, as the owner, can improve pleasure, hunger, and health, as needed, which then affects happiness. Check the information on the different items available in the Pet Store on how each will affect each measurement. And other people can increase her pleasure when her pleasure is below 100 by playing with her. If her pleasure is already 100, then the playing will result in your getting a PM, but it won't really make much difference on AJ directly (though she does still enjoy it!).

Is that as clear as mud? (BTW, AJ likes playing in the mud! Jessie and AJ often went "diggin' in the dirt" together! ;) )

ah thanks you guys....having a new baby takes some getting use to...She is so cute! Thanks again Jill for the opportunity to adopt her, she's a doll! Is it ok if I call you her Birth Mom? She was homesick the first few days but I think she's ok now...and she is very polite ...you raised her up real good... Any time you all want to give her something from the store just give me the list and I'll go fetch them....then we can feel apart of her life (and don't worry about the $$ she has sooooo many blessings, we should all be so blessed:thumbsup: )
