Well,
EO, is ALOT like Roman Catholicism. Mary and St. Veneration, transubstantiation(actual blood and body of Jesus at Eucharist). From wha I know, the only major difference is that EO Christians do not recognize the papal supremacy.

GO uses a set liturgy, Baptists make their own liturgy and call it an order of service. The GO liturgy is completely predetermined with every word, every comma, every period written down and read by the whole congregation over the course of the service. Baptists have an order of service that guides the service to fit within the allotted time and to make sure things are done in an orderly way, but the congregation doesn't read it word-for-word out of a book.
GO says that relationship with the church is absolutely necessary to salvation, Baptist says that relationship with Christ is absolutely necessary to salvation.
GO says that salvation begins with baptism and that faith is something conferred onto a person over the course of their lifetime, just like grace. Baptist says that salvation begins and ends with faith and that baptism is the first step of obedience for the new Christian but it doesn't confer grace or faith in and of itself.
GO says that tradition is co-equal to scripture. Baptist says that everything you need to know about God is contained in the Bible.
That's just a few examples. :)

Differences: How one enters into God's presence... how sin is atoned for... how one obtains grace... how one obtains eternal life... just about every essential doctrine of the evangelical faith.

The Orthodox would tend to disagree with you about this statement.
I would suggest, KJNELLAMORE, that you go to TAW to ask the Orthodox directly regarding what they believe, and then compare that to what you know Baptists to beleive.

KJNELLAMORE,
To learn about the Greek Orthodox faith then I would strongly suggest reading two books by Timothy (now Bishop Kallistos) Ware. Bishop Kallistos is actually a convert to that faith from Anglicanism. His two books are The Orthodox Church and The Orthodox Way, and are available at Amazon.
In the meantime I would ask my questions about GO at their own forum, which is here (http://www.christianforums.com/f145-the-ancient-way-eastern-orthodox.html). The Wikipedia article on Eastern Orthodoxy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Orthodoxy) has a lot of external links to Orthodox sites as well. Here is the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America (http://www.goarch.org/).

Baptists baptize by immersion as well, more often than not.
