Hello!
I was wondering if the daily readings are universal amongst all the Orthodox churches and if there is a book that I can purchase that has them.

Actually, there are apparently variations in the daily readings across churches, if you're referring to the appointed readings from Scripture. Those readings, of course, are in your Bible, and to see what's assigned every day, pick up a calendar from your parish. If you mean the lives of the saints and that stuff for every day, different countries have minor variations in the saints commemorated. I recommend the Prolog of Ochrid, compiled by St. Nikolai Velimirovic. Or just look for something called the Synaxarion.

This site has all bunch of books.
Lectionaries come in different formats, there is a lectionary on the back of the OSB (Orthodox Study Bible)

Yeah, unfortunately (and I don't mean that this is a "problem" that needs to be changed per se, but just that it was kind of a bummer for me) they are not the same across national jurisdictions, especially the epistles. There are some that are the same.. like the pre-lenten and Lenten Readings (well, the Gospels that is). But, it makes sense... I mean, the early Church did not have a unified lectionary either and, although we aren't the early Church (but rather a continuation of that same early Church) it's naturaly that we would develop differetn lectionaries (they do hold things in common though... it's not as if they are completely different).
