one question what is the difference between minister and prophet?

8Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea and stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, one of the Seven. 9He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied. Acts 21:8-9

Prophecy is a gift of the Holy Spirit like tongues, healing, etc. Prophets do not lead a church. To be a Minister, is to be a Pastor or Priest. The verb minister means to attend to the needs of others. Women can minister but they cannot be a Minister. They can help within the church but are not meant to lead it. Men are to be the spiritual head of the family and the church.
