How about a welcome banner or flag or mat or something, for the new members to CF and/or new Christians as well? Maybe 5 blessings, to encourage people to welcome new members/family, or if it has to be 50-100, then 50.

I use to buy flowers for all the newbies I welcomed and it got expensive
and flowers not always a biggie for some guys.
