I wanted to cry while watching the part when the men blessed their wives, do any men here do that too? How bout the song they sing to them? Boy that would bless me if my DH sang that to me...I would melt into a puddle of love

A_Pioneer does it except the singing, can't sing, only do the English, don't want to curse anyone. Not knowing Hebrew! LOL
Watched the video, loved it. Recognized Sen. Joe Liebermans voice, was surprised.

Yes Tishri the video fills us with longing and for those who come from families thhat had various problems it brings home to us how it should be and what Hashem had in mind for us as a family ..oh my heart goes out to all the broken and unhappy marriages out there and to the cchildren that are deprived of the love and unity etc of a family as Hashem intended...:groupray:

Yeh I bumped up the "Pray for my Husband "post again cuz I can tell it's that time again...Better start praying before the heart becomes dissatisfied with my DH. I always get renewed hope and peace when I think of us all praying for them.

It's pretty much that.....

Let's just say, I dont wear dresses and I have short hair, and my DH listens to music with swearing in it and thinks it's "cool". He thinks that I have changed too much from the person he first met. (I was pretty rebellious when I was in my 20's.)

I realise now that I want to turn my life toward the Spirit...and live according to the will of Yahweh....but even that is a whole 180 degree turn for me, on the outside (physically) as well as on the inside.

It's difficult as both my sisters are very fashion conscious...1 sis works in a designer fashion store, and the other owns a hairdressing salon, where I work one day a week....and I gotta look the part....and I like fashion too.

Anyway, I feel it is next to impossible for a major change in my family, and to have DH drop what he is doing at 4pm on a friday for Shabbat, becasue he couldn't imagine NOT keeping the Shabbat rest.......HA HA HA HA!!!
NEVER!

That is why I cried when I saw the video......(all that and more)

PS...do you know what I did on Passover?....I had dinner, with my 3 year old son and my 4 year old neighbour, which had some semblence to a passover seder with an uninterested audience. DH was at work.

Sorry I'm having a "blah!" kind'a time right now. But I'm trying very hard not to let it bother me too much...I am a bit of a "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" kind of girl. :(

Oh Bon, I am soo glad you told me I will begin to pray for you and your situation, I want your heart to rejoice someday at what the Father has done in your Family. I want you to look back and say wow I remember the day when I though all this was just a dream in my heart. I went to it today! The gal is real nice and it was the Pastor's wife who asked her to start the teaching! The pastor asked if her messianic leader would come to teach the men! Some one pinch me I must be dreaming!:clap:
