They have been working on this for a long time. I've received several notifications of this in the mail over the last couple years asking for donations to complete it. It appears to be a quality work and the plan is that many will come to believe in Yeshua through it. I don't think it's completed yet.

Actually if you download Esword (which is free) it has its own Messianic Renewed Covevent add on which you can download, which is as far as I know, the same as what you linked to.

Zev Isaacs is the founder and chairman of this project. He founded The Messianic Times newspaper in 1989 and resigned in 2002 to begin working on this project. Dr. Michael L. Brown is the chief editor. Dr. Michael L. Dr. Brown served as a leader in the Brownsville Revival from 1996-2000, helping birth the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry and serving as its first president.
