Psalm 34: 1-10

1 I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.

"Sing His Praises"

2 My soul will boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.

"Show Him His Praises"

3 Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.

"Fellowship Together Rejoicing His Praises"

4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.

"Praise Him He is our Comforter"

5 Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.

"Praise Him for Happiness He Gives Us"

6 This poor man called , and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.

"Praise Him for Awareness and Humility"

7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.

"Praise Him for His Security"

8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

"Praise Him for His Unconditional Love When we are Obedient"

9 Fear the Lord you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing.

"Praise Him for Providing"

10 The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.

"Praise Him for All of our Rewards"

I was lead this morning to read these scriptures. I think that we have so much to praise God our Lord about but forget to do it on a daily basis. Can you praise and thank our God for something today? I'll start:

I thank God that he blessed me with a wonderful family to love and to receive love from. :amen:

God Bless!

Rom 14:7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.

Rom 14:8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

Rom 14:9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

Romans 8
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I thank God for His Grace and for the gifts He has given me both materially and spiritually. I only wish I could harness them to work for God in better ways. I continually strive to do this.

I'm praising today for a whole list of things :)

The lawn at the women's shelter got mowed despite the cold and rain...
I'm still laid off, but the Lord provided for unemployment benefits from the other state I worked in :)
My children are healthy, spiritually, mentally and physically
My mother has finally settled into me being the woman of my house
My husband's b'day is today, so we got to celebrate
and just in the fact that God is God, almighty, merciful, loving and in control
