Christians.....We must defend the holy and righteous Word of God and the innocent lives!
This Bishop Robinson's comments at Planned Parenthood's national leadership conference took aim at traditional interpretations of the Bible, and encouraged the disenfranchised, the proud sinners, and the wicked doers to...
"We have allowed the Bible to be taken hostage, and it is being wielded by folks who would use it to hit us over the head. We have to take back those Scriptures," he said. "You know, those stories are our stories. I tell this to lesbian folk all the time: The story of freedom in Exodus is our story. ... That's my story, and they can't have it.
MY REPLY TO BISHOP ROBINSON......The Word of God is True and Righteous. What you interpret to be a story, I know in faith and certainty to be the actual Word of God. What you think is easily manipulated for your personal agenda, I know with confidence stands firm on the Will of the LORD GOD. What you think can be welded as a tool to justify wickedness, I know can be used to measure and defend against the likes of you and yours. And what you use to destroy lives, will one day be used to destroy yours, by a angry and judging God who does not give His Words to man to have them manipulated for your wicked gain.

“Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things [are] naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” (Hebrews 4:11-13 AV)

Wow, I never knew that Bishop Robinson would support such levels of immorality. Here's the part I don't get. Apparently, the Episcopalian Church believes:
"We emphatically oppose abortion as a means of birth control, family planning, sex selection, or any reason of mere convenience."
But if that is so, then the only abortions that should be allowed are those that are needed to prevent the death of a mother. Even most pro-lifers support that! If the Episcopalian church takes such a stand against abortion, then what are they doing in bed with Planned Parenthood?

"I know, in the end, that I'm going to heaven, and so are you," he said. "You and I can do this work no matter how hard it gets, because we know we're going home."
Oh, that sickens me. He's telling everyone they can do anything they want and they'll still go to heaven no matter what? Did he personally check to be sure they'd all accepted Christ as their savior? Truly wicked! How about concentrating on what he should truly be doing: bringing people to Christ and advising them on how to live a godly life.

Gay bishop backs Planned Parenthood
Gee, what a surprise. If a bishop is unwilling to live a holy life himself, if he advocates immorality in the church, if he requires people to celebrate his perverse lifestyle, then he is hardly likely to uphold any other Christian moral values either. :(

"What an unimaginative God it would be if God only put one meaning in any verse of Scripture," he said.
I don't know, where does the Bible claim that God is imaginative according to our standards or that imagination is a desirable attribute when it comes to interpretting His word??

Here's the part I don't get. Some churches, like the Catholic Church, permit gay bishops on the condition that such people remain celibate (I don't see what's wrong with that, since it's the act that's sinful). But Bishop Robinson is actually living with a partner. What's worse is that he left his wife and kids! I'm pretty sure the Episcopalian church also opposes divorce. So it's hard to believe that they really support this.
I wish they'd do something about Bishop Robinson's reign of madness.

This is some of the result of the doubt the liberals have put in the wrinten word of God' the Bible.
We must stand together and fight them with every ounce of our strength.

I sit here with a tear in my eye.
It's things and people like this that clearly read things into the bible (extrapolate their own answers), rather than read from it (interpolate from what is actually said!!!)

Yeah and do they not think a man should provide for his own household either.
