Brother, get things straight. You let the Law talk to your conscience. Make it talk to your flesh. Wake up, and believe in Jesus Christ, the Conqueror of Law and sin. Faith in Christ will lift you high above the Law into the heaven of grace. Though Law and sin remain, they no longer concern you, because you are dead to the Law and dead to sin. When the Law drives you to the point of despair, let it drive you a little farther, let it drive you straight into the arms of Jesus who says: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

ok, what of :preach: "THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT" of life set me free from the law of sin and death. Yes, today the Lord was teaching me that the little things I do for people extra miles, are actually the fruit of the spirit, small things that people never expected, even keeping the house clean.

I do not have to accomplish big things for the spirit to flow through me like Jimmy Swaggart, Pat Robinson, Jim & Tammy Bakker, I already have the spirit flowing through me, THEREFORE; He that has more will be given to him and he that has not even that which he has will be taken from him.

Summary would be to simply grow the fruit of the spirit, and in so doing freedom and power will :liturgy: increase.

You are right, you don't have to accomplish the big things, but guess what, you don't even "have to" accomplish the little things. By having Christ in your heart, you "will" accomplish the small things, because Christ "has already" accomplished the big things.

Next time you are feeling opressed by the law on your conscience, take Martin Luther's advise say this to Mr. Law:

"Mr. Law, go ahead and accuse me as much as you like. I know I have committed many sins, and I continue to sin daily. But that does not bother me. You have got to shout louder, Mr. Law. I am deaf, you know. Talk as much as you like, I am dead to you. If you want to talk to me about my sins, go and talk to my flesh. Belabor that, but don’t talk to my conscience. My conscience is a lady and a queen, and has nothing to do with the likes of you, because my conscience lives to Christ under another law, a new and better law, the law of grace. I don’t think that you have anything to say to me. You are not so holy yourself. You crucified the Son of God. That was an awful thing for you to do. You have lost your influence forever."
