Well since the deleted my post on here, about churches being 100% right, i just figured id do it again, i tried emailing them but i think there busy or just havent responed back yet. So anyways ..... Is there one single church in this country or anywhere that is 100% right? What do you think ..... I think there are tons of churches that are 100% right and tons that arent .... either you're right or wrong. In the bible it says there is no middle ground. You are either on one side of the fence or the other side. I believe that my church is 100% right. As i said in my post which was deleted ... the bible says to be ye perfect as your father in heaven is perfect. If you dont think your church is 100% right then why go there why take a risk like a risk between life or death , heaven or hell. And in no way am i saying that the methodist is wrong or the baptist is wrong or any denomonation on this whole site. I havent been to most of the churches y'all talk about. We as people or humans cant not be perfect at all its not possiable. We cant! But through God we can be. Through the new way that Christ set up, we can be perfect and go to heaven were no unperfect thing is allowed. But anyways i just wanted to post this again, saying that i was in no way trying to start something with methodist. So maybe that is now made clearer, Moderators. If its not please ask questions or explain to me what im doing wrong here? Thanks for reading!

How can a congregation run by sinful-man, be perfect, (or 100% right)? It's non-existent.

I have not yet found it, if it exists. BUT I go to one I can live with, while I visit others on a fairly regular basis.
The answer to why is because while I would love to drive a lexus, I own what is available to me because I need a car. Even if it breaks down on me from time to time, it's that far I don't have to walk.

If you attend a church run by sinful men, then indeed you are lost. No man runs the church, right? But, if you are in a Church overseen by Christ, then why wouldnt it be 100% correct? Can Christ be in error?
Peace.

Its arrogant for a church to think they have all the answers. I think its good for a church to remain pluralistic and let everybody fellowship together whether they agree or not.
If you're looking for a church that has all the answers, I'm sure you can find one that you believe is right. There's a church out there for every point of view, but I think its very stupid to break fellowship with other believers over stupid liberal/conservative or doctrinal squables.

The perfect church wouldn't allow me to belong to it; I would detract from their perfection. ;)

You are right, the Church is perfect. However, we’re talking about congregations. Many Christians confuse Church vs. Congregation... you can’t “go” to Church, however we can go to weekly meetings/services/congregations. The Church is run by Christ and is therefore inerrant and perfect; the services, (whatever you want to call them), are run by men and cannot ever be perfect because every man is sinful according to Scripture. All men have flaws, all congregations have flaws, but the Church does not. Clear? This is why it's incorrect to say that you "go to Church". If you hold the view that the Church is what you go to on Sundays which is orchestrated by men, then naturally using your logic men can also be perfect, which is false theology. Christ does not rid us of our sin and thus make us perfect, but what He does do is hide our sins IN Him.

Christ oversees the church he is head of it. And its through Christ in us that we are able to do anything in the spirit. Preachers preaching ... that is Christ in them doing the preaching, and so on with other church members, pastors, deacons.

I dont believe you would distract anyone at my church, they go on with the service no matter what!!! they believe that Christ is always watching over them which he is. And the service goes on, for those that are in the spirit. They love when vistors come. And i like to visit other churches.

"Its arrogant for a church to think they have all the answers." --- Its is suicide for them not too. God teaches us what we need to know he has all the anwser he runs the church. No man can pastor a church without God in him. Thats what i think. My opion.
"but I think its very stupid to break fellowship with other believers over stupid liberal/conservative or doctrinal squables." ----- That is very stupid

IN HIM you got it right there... He said that were two or three would gather in his name he would be in the midst, when we gather in his name he is there. He guides us, and bring the spirit down on us. Its a chance for us to get away from the world. So when we gather and people are in church house, and the preacher starts to preache, there is nothing unperfect about it, because it is God that does the preaching and even if the pastor or preacher stumbled through a word or sentence, it takes the spirit to understand the preaching and to read the bible. So since the spirit is guiding them already because they have gathered in his name, that little stumble is nothing, they understood. So men cant be perfect? how are we to get to heaven then, no perfect thing is allowed in heaven? We repent daily... thats what it says in the bible we are to do. The bible also says be ye perfect in heaven as your father is perfect in heaven. Its through Christ that we can get to heaven So like i said your right "IN HIM" !

If I were to come across a church that claimed to be perfect I would run just as far away from it as possible. I do the same with people who think they are perfect.

Umm, Christ is perfect and He should be the head of the church so yea. Ezra, I didnt think about that when u asked and I jumped to conclusions. So there ya go. I believe my church is 100% right.

While Christ is 100% right, I do not believe any congregation of humans, with their egos, agendas and individual interpretations, can be 100% right 100% of the time.
And if every church headed by Christ is 100% right, why do we have so much infighting, finger pointing, "your church is going to hell" attitudes within Christianity?

egos - If you are a Christian then are you not Christ-like?
indivivdual interpretations - the bible says there is no private interpretation of the bible
"your church is going to hell" - Well no person Christian or not can say who is or isnt going to hell. And a true Christian wouldnt - And most of the time people are just expressing their opions which is fine. The bible says that there are few that find the path to heaven.
