Are Christians soppose to go to church on Saturday or Sunday. If you go through the bible you find places where it says that sabbath day is Saturday. But most people go to church on Sunday. What do yoiu think.

With respect to the "bible" , I see no place where the Scriptures indicate that Christians are to *supposed* to "go to 'church'" at all on any day . Since the Sabbath was a day of rest and not doing a lot of work to go places , I certainly don't see those two ideas as meshing .

I believe Christians began meeting on Sunday, instead of Saturday (as the Jews), because it was the day Jesus was resurrected.

"Now in this that I declare unto you I praise you not, that ye come together not for the better, but for the worse." (1Cor.11:17)
And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread,...(Acts 20:7)
"I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day,..." (Rev.1:10)
Christians gather to worship God on the Sunday, which is the ressurection day of Christ.

~ Don't forsake the fellowship of other believers.
~ It does not matter what day you go to Church. But if you are going to fellowship with other believers you should go when they are their.
~ You can also go to Church to clean the bathroom and vacumn the floors so the pastor and his wife are not forced to do that. That is a good thing I think.
~ I often go to Church on days besides Sundays because I have to drop something off for my pastor or maybe to say hello. You should try that sometime too.
~ In most parts of the Mid-East Christians go to church on Fridays because the is the day that most stuff is closed.
~ There is no Biblical requirement that Christians under the New Covenant go to Church on just one specific day.
~ Continue to discuss amongst yourselves...

Unless they're seventh day Adventists, or attend a church that offers Saturday night services.

Technically we can’t go to “Church” anymore than we can “go to Christian”; it makes no sense. Church is the body of believers, not a place. Theologically speaking, we attend worship-services, or congregations, or meetings; but to say that we go to Church is bad English when in relation to Scripture’s definition of the “Church.” The Church doesn’t comprise of a building, it doesn’t even comprise of our physical bodies – what it does comprise of is the unity of all believers, (those believers who have left this world through physical death, those who are alive, and those who have yet to be born), under God, through the Holy Spirit, and in Jesus Christ. "Does your church do this?... Does your church do that?.." ..Are we not of the same Church?

There isnt a day I dont WANT to go to Church :)!!! When ever the doors are open we should go! We should worship and have fellowship as much as possible.
Paul sank when he left the boat. Theologicaly I believe that this had to do with him seperating himself from the body (or other deciples). Certainly there are other meanings but I strongly believe this is one of them.
We must connect ourselves to our body of believers and that means if there is a saturday service and you can make it why not? If there is a sunday service and you can make it why not? :) You should never feel required, but honored to attend Church!! God bless you all!
Love brother ~Justin~ :prayer:

I don't find it particularly important. What is important is that Christians go to church.

the sabbath day IS SUNDAY : THE DAY OF REST. You are to go to church on Sunday. It depends on what church you go to. To go to church on Saturday & Sunday.

What do yoiu think. We are the church. So we go daily, everyday when we pray and talk with him. The building, is a meeting place for believers to garther & worship Jesus.I wouldn't get caught up in Sunday or Saturday . I would worship him daily. But go to a church that helps you grow closer to Jesus. {a church where the word of God is taught} Which day, I can't say. lets :prayer: about it
