Most (all?) may recall that, a number of weeks ago, I posted the most happy news that my sister Nicky and brother-in-law Bret were having their second child.

Last friday, I learned that my second sister, April, and her husband Wesley are having their first child!

I shall be an uncle again twice now this autumn; April and Wes's being due in October and Nicky and Bret's (just to repeat it in case people didn't see it the first time or forgot) in November.

Perhaps; only my sister Raina has yet to bear child (or to wed, which God knows I pray that she go through first), and after her, it'll be my and my future wife's turn (though I hope that the others take another jab at it again, though I personally would love to have 3 or 4 little ones).

Very exciting - but I think I'll stick with cats!

Do you live nearby your sisters, so you'll be able to be an active Uncle?

That's quite an accomplishment! I'll bet the doctors are surprised.

Warm wishes to your sister and family. May the Lord watch over her and guard her at this very special time.
