I've been a big fan of Richard Holloway for a few years now, and highly recommend his books! If you haven't read any yet, start with 'Godless Morality' which is hilarious but very poignant.
He's the retired Anglican Bishop of Edinburgh, and a Professor of Divinity. He's also done a fair bit of work for newspapers and TV here in Britain.
Anyhow - I'm just starting his newest book 'Looking in the Distance' and although I'm only on the first chapter, I get the impression he is writing about the loss of his faith...
Has anyone else read here read any of his work?
What did you think?
