I know many of you don't pray the rosary (or may even have objections to it!)- but if you feel called will you join us at 9;30pm EST? Maybe you could just pray through the intentions? You just think about the mystery (for example it says 'The Agony in the Garden' and as you read the intention listed you think about Jesus in the garden at Gethsemane. Maybe say an Our Father or a spontaneous prayer after and move on to the next mystery.)
Will you join OBOB in praying for Terri?

for Terri Schiavo and all involved with her. The power of God
moves mountains all we have to do is have faith and lives will
be changed and even saved!!!!

Prayer Intentions for Terri Schiavo
The Sorrowful Mysteries
Opening prayer:
Father in heaven, our sister Terri and her family suffer
today. We lift up this prayer for her needs that she would be
sustained with grace, compassion, and consolation. As she
starves physically, we pray for your Holy Spirit to visit her
today with power to overcome all physical sufferings and join
in the passion of Christ with grace. We pray for a miracle
today. We pray that the same power that raised Lazarus from
the dead will enter her body and bring her to new life.
Conquer the evils in this world with your power as you have
done throughout all of history. The God of Abraham, Isaac and
Jacob come in power. Set her free!!
The Agony in the Garden
Lord, we pray for Terri as she faces her death. We pray for
her family, too. We ask that you give them the same grace you
had to endure your agony alone. Be with her Lord. Send her
your love and ours too.
The Scourging at the Pillar
Jesus, you heal us by the stripes you receive at this
scourging. Heal Terri today. Bring her body to full
restoration in your Spirit.
The Crowning with Thorns
Jesus, others mocked you and laughed at you as you were being
tortured. Terri is also being tortured. Please Lord, give
these lawmakers and judges the courage to do the right thing,
your holy will. Give all the branches of our government the
drive and ambition to continue fighting for her life. Raise
up a voice in the wilderness to speak on her behalf.
The Carrying of the Cross
Lord, we pray for Terri’s family as they undergo this tragic
experience. As they fall, pick them up and send them all the
Simons necessary to help them carry this cross. As Veronica
wiped your face and received the imprint of your face on her
cloth, we pray this experience would leave the imprint of your
face on our hearts and in our laws.
The Crucifixion
How much love you have that you would give your life for us.
I open my life to you in this mystery, that I could receive
your love right now. Forgive me of my sins and fill me with
your Holy Spirit. Anoint our entire church that we may all
know your saving love so that we may better love each other
and fight against situations like these in the future.
Closing Prayer
Father in Heaven, come into my life in a powerful way that I
may face any trials in my life with grace and dignity. May I
always choose life, even when things get tough. Prepare me
for what lies ahead in my life and may Terri and her family be
a witness to me of familial love and honor. May the image of
this situation stay ever in my mind that I may receive
strength as I watch a family choose to care for one another.
Thank you for the witness of her parents. May your love pour
over them.
