I voted yes for PG. I agree with him on a number of things, and the rest I can agree to disagree on, so whatever "this" is PG.. I can say "yes" to discussing it nicely ;)

Ok.................so what is the topic??????
The Topic?
Yes or No
Lets reason from the scriptures on this ok GEL?
Mat 5:37 But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes' and your 'No' be 'No.'
2Co 1:17 When I therefore was thus determined, did I show fickleness? Or the things that I purpose, do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be the "Yes, yes" and the "No, no?"
Jam 5:12 But above all things, my brothers, don't swear, neither by heaven, nor by the earth, nor by any other oath; but let your "yes" be "yes," and your "no," "no;" so that you don't fall into hypocrisy.
So based on the scriptures I think you all can clearly see why I say Yes. I wonder what influences some people to say no. I suppose experience will overshadow what is clearly in the scriptures I just don't know why.
But I think we need to be open to all points of view on this subject don't you?

Honesty?
The yes and no thing is about being honest. If you honestly mean no, then you should say no. If you say yes but really feel no is the best answer, then you are a liar.

After considerable contemplation of the matter and taking into account all of the comments made by others, I have decided that I must vote "no".
I have no intention of offending those that voted "yes" and I hope that we can still enjoy sweet Christian fellowship without allowing this issue to become a source of division.
Personally, I think this matter is a non-essential. However, I say that without meaning any disrespect for those that hold it as an essential.

PG is a wily one!! He laid on us this secret code to see which we would pick!! But I am wilier! I broke the code.
1. There are 26 letters in the alphabet
2. Therefore each letter corresponds with a number
3. There are 3 divisions in the Bible (Book, Chapter, Verse)
4. Break down Yes and No into corresponding numbers and search out the result
Y- 25
E - 5
S - 19
Lamentations 5:19
Thou, O LORD, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.
N - 14
O - 15
(since there is no verse code in NO we use the last number as a double deriviative "15th chapter, 15th verse)
2 Chronicles 15:15 And all Judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and the LORD gave them rest round about.
So now the YES or NO becomes
YES - Praise for the Almighty's eternal attributes and eternal reign
or
NO - Praise for the Almighty in being sought, found and a giver of rest
Still a tricky choice!!

It's clear to me. The answer is yes.
Why? Because yes is always a beginning and no is always an end. Since we don't know what's going on we can't be at the end before we even start. So, yes, let's begin.
Note: If the question is designed to make the positive answer into a negative result, simply switch to "no".
