I am a Baptist and I have heard of Anabaptist. But what do yall believe that Baptist don't. What is the difference?

I am a Baptist and I have heard of Anabaptist. But what do yall believe that Baptist don't. What is the difference?
1) Arminianism; cond. security (I myself am 50/50);
2) non-combatant**/non-resistance/i.e., pacifism;
3) non-government (each take that to different levels, from the least who would just not run for a political office, perhaps, to the extreme of no government employment/involvment at all);
4) shared church leadership among elders, and a Spirit-led service (although most have modernized to the point of a centralized pastor and structured service, being like most any other Evangelical/born-again denom. today).
There's more, but that's what presently comes to mind, is central, and is likely more than upon which most Anabaptists today would totally agree (nothing further or personal implied, people).

**Oops, sorry: the original post stated "non-violence" by error, and I since came back and edited it per above--hopefully all Christians are non-violent {-_-}.
