All the state icons have been made. Infact you just missed out on California, it was around for a couple months but was just rotated out. You'll have to wait untill it comes around again - sorry!

Freak4JC said he'd be taking over that particular rotation.....If he's still super busy, I'll look into rotating it back in this next time, otherwise you might try asking him :)
