Gang

I say this in love and hope that you will take it as such

This congregational forum is for Baptists (of all flavors)
AND
Anabaptists (again of all flavors)

Recently there have been a rash of threads for "Baptists ONLY"

This is not a good thing not at all and I am going to ask you that unless you are discussing a very specific Baptist theology (one absolutely not shared by Anabaptists) that you not do this any more.

Rather please say something like
Forum members only
or
B/A's only

I can surely understand your desire for a discussion free from OUTSIDE kibbitzing but we need to be inclusive internally.

Please consider this a moderator post

Blessings

I believe Biblical separation is valid.

Biblical separation is valid. Too bad those who emphasize the doctrine of separation usually don't practice it biblically.

I'm slightly confused, can you show me in scripture and perhaps expand upon that for me?

I think this is a good point. Although I am not Baptist, I do pop in here every once in a while. I personally do not like seeing threads that say Baptist ONLY because it makes me feel different from y'all. It kinda reminds me that we are all different denominations and that we believe (however subtle) different things

I expanded on this in another thread.
