Are there any particular/strict baptists here?

The song, "no particular place to go", just popped into my head :)

I was just wondering about the particulars of the Particulars :). What type of church govenment do you have? What is your eschatology? And just some generals:
1. How often do you celebrate the Lord's Supper and do you have a closed communion?
2. Women and headcovering, yay or nay?
3. KJV only?
4. Calvinists?
Info greatly appreciated? :)

I can only speak for myself and not the Church I attend (it's plain ol' baptist).
1. Once a year to remain in good standing with the Baptist Church I attend.
2. I'd like to see more women moved to have long hair, but it's up to them. I won't make an issue.
3. Yes.
4. No and yes. I agree with what Calvinists believe but I like the 'doctrines of grace' name better. ;)
I'm not Reformed in theology, but I am a 5 pointer.
