Gen 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
So this is before God gave the Laws to Moses, what were the commandments, statutes and laws that Abraham obeyed?

That is a great question. I'm sure the answer can be found somewhere in Genesis...

Iollain, you answered your own question in/by that which I quote of you above.
(Interesting, too, how such parallels that which is the intended methodology of obedience under the New Covenant--thank you: I would've otherwise likely never made that connection.)

repoland2,
PtL (2 Cor 9:12).
Perhaps also kindly see the thread "God's Voice" ( I forgot their username in the last 30 seconds {-_-} ) on the "Theology" group, "General Theology" sub-group, if you feel so led.

Also, aren't the two Laws...Love God, love your neighbour.... in Genesis somewhere?

Whoever,
All you guys/gals should have a concordence--it is a "necessity" for any serious follower of Christ Jesus and His Holy Word. There's one avail. for free on-line usage at www.crosswalk.com (http://www.crosswalk.com/) (terrible forum over there, though: too micro-managed), but a hard copy is much easier to use as you can run down the columns of same-word usages. A Strong's (KJV) is cheap to buy if you look around (it's public domain).
As an [hard copy] example here, you would go to the word Abraham, and you'd find every verse wherein is his name, starting with Genesis, and then you'd find the first time his name occurs in the Bible, and so forth. Or you might search by the word love, and see when it first appears in the Word.
(Hey, Iollain, btw, I forgot to mention on the other thread of yours, anyone is allowed to post a question over on the "'Spirit-filled; Charismatic; Full Gospel" thread, it's just that things cannot be debated over there if you are not such.)
