Greetings!

I know for a fact that several people will be interested in this!
It's my sincere hope today that you will consider it
for the Special Items - Assorted Shop

Name of item: Go Cubbies!
Description: Praying for the Chicago Cubs to finally win the World Series!
Cost: 20
http://members.aol.com/ChrisWEMT719/CubsMedium.JPG ...or... http://members.aol.com/ChrisWEMT719/CubsBear.jpg
The 2nd one is also a Cubs logo which I included because - with the first logo reduced to proper size the "ubs" might now show up well enough... and since the 2nd one is also a recognizable Cubs logo it would be acceptable to Cubbies fans everywhere! (Oooo... could you add both to system if they're all coded for rotation or something? Just a thought but one would be enough.)

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry but we don't add team specific items. :)

I'd like to ask - can that be changed, please?

--You have individual specific Bibles.

--Individual specific musical instruments, a few even with brand names.

--Individual specific foods.

--Individual specific flowers, plants, animals, cars, causes, cosmetics, political parties, U.S. states.

With all those individual specific items I don't see why peoples' favorite teams can't be added as requested.

Thank you :)

Just so that you know that was Erwin's decision to not add specific teams.

Here's one reason: If I add one team I will have to add everyones favorite team from every sport. We can't have over 500 team logos in the Armor Shop.

Just so that you know that was Erwin's decision not mine.

Couldn't this just be done on a request by request basis? And they don't all have to appear at once, can't they be rotated like U.S. States are. I don't think you'll be inundated.

If not then I'd like to see all individual armor stipped away and just have all generic armor. One cosmetic. No U.S. states. No individual flowers. No individual musical instruments. Etc.

There are Christian athletes on these teams and Christians enjoy these teams. I'm not sure why they should be discriminated against.

Thanks again :)

Your item will not be added. I'm sorry that you feel we (The Armory Team) are discriminating athletes. Erwin told us not to add team specific items. I suggest you PM Erwin if you'd like us too add team items.

God bless, Freak4JC

ChrisWinston: Team-specific icons are not allowed per Erwin's request. Our hands are tied. If you feel the need, you may PM either WesleyJohn or Erwin regarding this matter.

I don't think they are being discriminated against. There are different sport icons in the armory to choose from for people who are sports fans just not team specfic ones. I think team specific icons would just get too large. Yes, there are a lot of states but in the end there are only 50. We're talking about thousands of icons if we start adding specific teams.

New items keep getting created and added all the time. How about allowing individual team logos.

They don't all have to be created at once.

Create them on a first come-first serve basis.

If need be have a limit like "we're only adding a maximum of ten new per month."

You don't need to keep them all in the Armor store all the time.

Rotate them like states and other items.

Please allow individual team logos for people.

So many others get to have things to represent their individual likes. This means there is no reason why the discrimination against sports fans should be allowed to continue.

Thanks :)

How bout only 3 teams from each sport? Perhaps the teams with the longest championship drought in each of the big 4 sports...(i.e. hockey, baseball, basketball, CFL football ;) )...that way the Cubs would be on, and so would the Blackhawks (man Chicago can't win a thing besides basketball eh? :D )...and of course my beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.

The decision has been made, and it is a matter of policy that individual team logos will not be added to the armory. The armour-keepers do not have the power to change this decision. Please refrain from debating with them in this thread. Thank you.

Since the decision is made by Erwin, there is no value to keep this thread open.

As Bradford said, please do not argue with the armorkeepers. Thank you!

Grace and Peace,
