Name: Orthodox Cassock
Description: A cassock for Orthodox clergy of the major and minor orders
Cost: 500-1000 blessings

The cost is rather fluid, but I think it should be less than 750 bl. Up to you folks, though. Also, be aware that 'Orthodox' is a proper noun, as in Eastern Orthodox, and should be capitalized. It's specifically modeled after a Russian-style cassock, so it's definitely Orthodox and not Catholic or Anglican.

Thanks much!

Mmm...things like this have not been allowed (priest collars and the like), per Erwin's request. Maybe we can come up with some different wording, so it doesn't specify clergy.

I talked with some from TAW and I have decided that this item shouldn't be added.

For the most part...

In the Orthodox Church clergy wear cassocks. As long as it's called "Orthodox" Cassock it can't, rightly, be added.

Well, I'm a layman and I'm also an altar server. I wear one when I serve in the altar. And seminarians do wear them, even when they haven't be tonsured a reader or ordained a subdeacon.

But, I give up. I just wanted a cassock which had a description that didn't mention the Matirx.

Oh well...

If I had known that earlier...
