Baton ASP

Those in law enforcement for custodial positions use a baton called an ASP for those prison uprisings. Thought it would be cool to add this in the armory.

Here is a description:

ASP Expandable Batons offer significant advantages over other intermediate weapons.

They take special training to handle them, and custodial deputies use these to control inmates.
