I'm not sure if anybody here has heard of the Hoppe family, but they are OCMC missionaries who have been working in Albania for a while. My parish supports them, and that's how I found out about what they do.
Lynette Hoppe was diagnosed with cancer before Christmas and they came back to the states for her to get treatment. There is a web site here (http://prayforlynette.org/) with some more information and a place to offer prayers. They have two young children and were doing wonderful things in Albania which is a desperately poor country. Someone mentioned at church on Sunday that she is having a really rough time.
I feel like I can't do much, but I wanted to enlist any extra prayer support possible. Please keep them in your prayers.
