Today something happened that has made me feel really bad. What I did seems to be so bad that it can never be forgiven. A person could have possibly died because of me. It wasnt on purpose but this I feel is the worst thing I've ever done. I pray for forgiveness but I just dont know. Someone please tell me what to do...

I can't imagine what happened but please just trust Jesus for your whole salvation, and forgiveness. My heart goes out to you as you struggle through those feelings. There is nothing you can do to jeopardize your salvation. Tell someone what happened and they can pray for you; I pray for you also.
God Bless You, Tapero

You must seek wise counsel about this. If they suggest to leave the situation alone because to interfere would make things worse, then leave it alone. If they recommend to go ahead, for your conscience sake and maybe to help someone else in the matter, and it would not make the situation any worse, do so.
"Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17)

It can be forgiven and will be when you ask for it. I agree, you may need counseling. But You cannot outsin the cross of Christ.
"What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all–how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died - more than that, who was raised to life - is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? . . . I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:31-35, 38, 39.

Look at the life of David. He got Bathsheba pregnant and then had her husband killed. As a result God let the child die. David was not only forgiven but a man after God's heart. Paul murdered Christians before he saw the light. You can be forgiven and if it's not even you're fault then don't be so afraid! satan uses things like guilt to keep you from having a closer relationship with Christ. Pray!

We are under THE NEW COVENANT.
(Greater is he who is least in the kingdom of heaven than John the baptist.)
David had NOT the Holy-Spirit (in the way we do) "...For the Holy Spirit had NOT yet been given..."
AND... "...NO MURDER HAS ETERNAL LIFE...."
Saul murdered, Paul did NOT.
Something done by accident is NOT one's fault.
-Peace in Christ.
