I misspoke.
I welcome any non-Anglican/Old Catholic to post here based on the Rules set.
Uber, come post fellowship, come have fun, all of us here (yes including me) welcome you.
My only issue is with allowing debate.
I am not the monster people are making me out to be. I believe Tom UK knows what I am trying to say, perhaps he can help.

colabomb<<My only issue is with allowing debate.
the above is unacceptable,, in the extreme
either no rules or limiting those schismatic groups who have left canterbury
which of course would not include elca or oc's

No offense, but I don't think it is up to you to make an ultimatum.

of course i cant do that, nor am i trying to
i am merely stating my opinion, nothing in there is an ultimatum
what in the world would give you that idea?

I apologize, I misunderstood.
I am attempting to make peace.

I think Old CAtholics enjoy the same rights as you and I Colabomb. ELCA is debateable, but not OC's.

That's what he said. The "non-" was intended to modify "Anglican/Old Catholic".
Like this: "{non- [Anglican/(Old Catholic) ] }".
Ain't English punctuation grand?
Now if we were to all learn Loglan, and use it instead of English, we could avoid these little misunderstandings.
Poor Cola! He's going to be afraid to hit the enter button after this!
Colabomb, if it's any consolation, I described your original "grinchy" post to someone as "tactless, certainly. But malicious? I think NOT!" I know where you've been coming from. And it does get easier -- with time, luck, and experience in being misunderstood -- to communicate without confusion. It's surviving getting the experience that's hard!

Sorry, pmcleanj, Colabomb. I read it wrong.

I am 35 and can barely communicate. I am glad pmjclean says we will all improve with experience.

I freely admit, I suck at it, but I have been working on it.
