moving sign experiments

The purpose of this test is to put two moving signs at different places on the screen, instead of them being vertically aligned. In one test I have ten blank spaces between the "move" and "sign" opening tags to to see if those spaces will be retained or eliminated. The next test puts a "period" before the blank spaces.

Interesting. They are crossing the page at different speeds.

But that is not the effect I want.

"indent+move+sign" is disappearing and reappearing at different places than "move+sign". The margins are different, so the space they have to cross is a different length.

Okay, let's try the "center" tag.
