Greetings to the group,

I would like to apologize to this group, for a reply I made in a thread in this group. I realize that my feelings may be a bit harsh toward the persons that I mentioned, However, it was not my intention to invoke the ire of anyone in this group, or the board adminstration. As I said in the posting itself, I spent 15 years in and around this denomination of people, and I know the failures of thier doctrine. and this is why I chose to leave them for good. However, I will admit, No group or body of Christians is perfect, in fact, the Church I was saved in, the pastor ended up commiting adultury, with more than one woman and has 4 bench warrants for his arrest in this state.

So, again. I apologize for my harsh remarks, if I offended you, I humbly apologize to the group, I am not a troll and simply want to be a part of this group.

Thanks, and God Bless Each and every one of you.

Every institution run by human beings is going to be fraught with failings. Thank God His grace is sufficient!!

Every church, every denomination is going to have human foilbles, the difference between the successful churches and the failing churches is the successful ones keep turning back to Jesus and following his way, but the failing ones keep trying to make things better on their own.

We acknowledge and accept our shortcomings and strive to be more like Jesus and less like idiots every day.

Welcome Chuck, to the world of human beings. Keep seeking His grace.

I have a lot of sympathy for people like that!

...and a lot of respect for those who can own up to it in public.

Today the Kingdom of heaven has come to this house!

I don't know what went on (details not needed either). However, I would like to applaud you for coming here apologizing. I'm sure the Lord is rejoicing over your humbleness right now. Apologizing can one of the hardest things to do because pride is such an ugly thing, however you made it back here to do just that.

God bless you!

To quote Michaelangelo from the TMNT Movie:

"Forgiveness is Divine, but never pay full price for late pizza"

The Gist:

You are Forgiven so long as your never late with our pizza.

Peace in Christ
