"Save us from the Vikings"

Minnesota's leading the Detroit Lions 22-19 in the 4th quarter. Wasn't there some prayer in the early middle ages about "save us from the Vikings"? I seem to recall hearing about it in church as a child. If anyone knows where to find the text of a prayer like that, please let me know. Thanks. :)

Especially on a Sunday when the response is, "Graciously hear our prayer, o Lord." ;)
