View Full Version : NEW CUSTOM OPTION: Change Username

You can now CHANGE YOUR OWN USERNAME yourself using the CF User Customizer (click here!) (http://www.christianforums.com/custom) - as this should not happen very often, if at all, it will cost a member 15,000 blessings for each username change. Members who have been members for 1 year or more will get 25% off and use only 11,250 blessings. This is set high to discourage members from doing this too often.

Staff will automatically be notified each time a member changes his or her username, just so you know. :)

This will free up AngelAmidala who has been busy changing members' usernames each time they decide to change their minds. :) Please use this system and do NOT ask staff to change your username from now on.

Good solution. I didn't even know you could change user names until I got a PM from someone I didn't recognize and it was a reply to a PM I sent them, as someone else of course.

your signature reads:
It's my goal to save up 5,000,000 blessings to purchase the Ten Commandments in the CF Armory. It's my hope to encourage some simple fellowship and kindness by passing the Commandments to one another on the forums.
why don't you just donate US$ 5'000.-- to buy the commandments :P

though remember this when you buy the commandments:

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. :D

 :P

Brother, I work in a gas station, and then Lord willing international missions. I'll never have 5k to give to anybody--ever. But here I sit, with an outstretched hand should anyone ever feel the need :)

[a cool sidenote: the other day megamillions lottery was like $100million. I thought about buying a ticket and was tempted on my way home from work. All I could think about though was if I bought that ticket, I would be rejecting the very trust I put in God to take care of me. - dunno why I thought of that]

I dropped the cost to 15,000 blessings. :) For members who've been here for over 1 year, it's 11,250 blessings.

No need to make this person feel a hostile vibe, K4G. Remember, selflessness is part of Christ's work, and sometimes we need to bow ourselves to our brothers even though they may not be willing to be selfless back, by not using a very similiar name to yours.

That is a great idea Erwin  I know alot of people have been changing their user names. It is extra work for the mods and people can't make up their minds. They change their username back and forth  Great idea! This a another brilliant solution to a ongoing growing problem. Thank you Erwin

You're using a username that would be quite common I think - KnightForGod, Knight-For-God etc. You can't lay claim on all of them. :)

Hi, The only thing I would like to change in my username is my age. It would be Robert44 instead of Robert43.

Thanks, Robert43

Wow! That is high but definitely worth it if you want to change your user name. I might consider doing it sometime in the future but not now. I really don't want to spend 15,000 of my blessings! ^_^ Hey you know, there ought to be a 50% discount for those who have been here 2 years or more. ;)

I understand the user name thing, but what about the slogan under your name?

Did you check my signature? I recently reconverted to Christianity but the custom user titles are sold out so I can't change it for two weeks. I can't even change it back to default.
