New Chat Box Feature: Choose auto-refresh checkbox

There is a new checkbox at the top of the CF Chat Box - click on it, and the Chat Box will auto-refresh every 2 minutes. Leave it unchecked, and it will not refresh at all.

By default it's off. :)
