Hi everyone

If you have nothing to share, I ask that you still pray for those posting here...

I just want to let everyone know that I purposely put this in a place where all members can access it. The best way to witness to people online is to share our own stories. This sort of goes in line with Chanter's thread about people leaving Christianity. I have become discouraged lately at the things I have seen written in the All members section by atheits to Christians or people seeking answers. I hope this thread will be of good to someone..

If I ever get finished with my conversion story, I'll post it there. But for now I have to write a ten page paper and study for a quiz.

there have been people asking for my conversion story. etc., but after thinking more about it, I don't know if I should share it yet or not.

Thanks.

I think I actually did better on the quizzes I took before buying the textbook... :o

Tonight the prof was walking through the class and he saw The Way of a Pilgrim sitting on my desk (thank you Photini, you're awesome!), which I brought to read during the break. He picked it up--like he was seeing an old friend--and asked me where I got it, like he was really shocked to find a student reading it. I stuttered that I'd gotten it from a friend, and he said, "That's a really good book!" Then he moved on. That was so cool.

Honestly? Because I'm a bumbling fool. :) I'm still very new and tend to get caught up in my emotions....

I do, however, have a journal. Probably will put bits and pieces there from time to time where I don't feel so awkward.
