Semitic people are descends of Shem or Sem, one of the sons of Noah. Are Isralites decendants (Jews) the only semites?

Oh, yeah. Then who was Esau? Wasn't Jacob's twin? I need to go look, but it way past my bed time.

Where do Native Americans (American Indians) descend from, according to Jewish beliefs?

Yes, Esau was Jacob's twin brother. Ishmael was Avraham's son by Hagar.

I'm not sure about the Native Americans.

Hebrews (Habiru), Arabs, Elamites, Arabs, Arameans and Assyrians are commonly regarded as Shemites. Africans, Egyptians and Canaanites (funny because canaanites used semitic languages while Asshur didn't) are or rather were Hammites.
Indoeuropeans are commonly regarded as Japhites.

I think most speculations point to Native Americans as Hammites

Arabs trace their decent through Ishmael.

Genetic testing actually shows the Kurds to be closer genetically to Isrealis than Arabs. Perhaps the lost descendants of Esau (Edom)? It would seem fitting.

In addition to the above list there are also groups of African Jews. Ethiopia also has an ancient semitic language, Geez. The origins of which I'm not familiar with.
