Upon looking at the first Parsha, I notice the Torah portion, the Tanak, and the Brit Hadasha (sp?).
Is the complete Torah, Tanak (I know, Tanak maybe redundant) and Brit Hadasha read by the time all is done?
And if so, how long does it take?

Yes and no. If you complete the one year cycle (as opposed to the three year cycle), you will have read the entire Torah (the first five books of the Tanakh), a decent portion of the prophets (Isaiah, etc.--the Haftarah), and (if you follow Messianic parasha hashavuah) the Gospels and Acts.
As you can see, the annual parasha hashavuah does not cover the entire Tanakh (Torah + Prophets + Wisdom writings) and Brit Chadasha.

Have to make a correction here WC, I think ( but am not sure ) that Bruce may be referring to the Messianic Torah Study I started here? If so the site I reference for the PArshas uses more than the gospels and acts, in fact just the scriptures from the Brit alone are numerous for the first Parsha, B'resheet:
Mt 1:1-17; 19:3-9
Lk 3:23-38; 10:1-12
Yn 1:1-18
1C 6:15-20; 15:35-58
Ro 5:12-21
Ep 5:21-32
Co 1:14-17
1Ti 2:11-15
MJ 1:1-13; 3:7-4:11; 11:1-7
2K 3:3-14
Rv 21:1-5; 22:1-5
Bruce if you are referrencing my thread then I apologize for not posting that we are following the 1 year schedule ( which for those with the CJV is right within the text).
