I have been wondering about certain parts of the Gospels especially

parts such as John jumping in his mother's womb (how could the writers know this?) , the interaction

between Yeshua and Satan [Mathew 4:1-11]during his temptation and other events

that NO HUMAN COULD ever know other than G-d and Yeshua.

Yeshua alone praying to G-d while his disciples were asleep Luke 22:39-44

Yeshua left earth quite early and the gospels were compiled some years

after He left.

How did the writers obtain the internal details about Yeshua's thoughts,

private details about prayers and private interactions He had with G-d

that no one overhead but have been written in the NT.

Is it possible that these were given in a manner that we are not aware

of ... like in angelic visitations etc?

 Interesting!

Well, it seems to me likely that the disciples were at least told of these things by Yeshua, and others as well. Remember: "Mary pondered all these things in her heart", etc. In other words, Mary at least kept the happenings, the memories, the details, pondering them and mulling them over. The things that happened that ARE related about Yeshua's life, such as the annunciation, the presentation, the finding inthe Temple and Yeshua's words, etc. would have certianly been very impacting events for Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth, etc. And on top of that, I am sure Yeshua shared His experiences with His followers -- we are told (Scripture ref? :sorry: ) that many many more things of His works and life are NOT included in the Gospels, but that these things that were recorded were but a small portion of all that happened (no?).

Further, not everyone agrees with a late date for all of the gospels.

Or which gospels are canon and which are not

John 21:25

Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.

Yeshua told the disciples, and there were many disciples and witnesses beyond the 12. And with Ruak's help they remembered (John 14.26).

Thank ya kindly, brother Toney! :)
