I would like to see C.F. be more like Jesus.

But, if that's not possible...

I would like it to remain as it is.

First off the title "Christian Atheist" is very misleading. The one who holds this view is in no way a Christian...
Just as those who are Mormons call themselves Christians but aren't.

Personally, they should be allowed, but only if they have honest questions and/or are willing to listen to us and possible even convert.

We shouldn't have ppl who just come to debate and argue and try to disprove us... (which is an impossibility)

I think that all members should be allowed in all forums.

I mean some of them like congregation, non-Christians wouldn't really go to and post.

A Christian Atheist, I think that is an interesting concept! I think all points of view should be aired as long as they are not racist, sexist or homophobic!
It is impossible to be a Christian Athiest. Just my thoughts...

I think sometimes that CF does more harm than good.

1, You can have a newbie believer or a believer that is unstable in their fiath, they can be decieved and pulled away by non-christians
2, Some people spend way to much time on here (or addiction), they could be using time more wisely like reading the bible/praying/ doing something a little more constructive.
3, Alot fo Chrisitans argue, alot from what I see think THEY are God's right hand man and know it all. Non-Christians curious about christianity might come in here and see the Christians fighting over dumb stuff and they could think "whats so good about Christianity?!They're just like everyone else I know"

But sometimes CF does more good than Harm

1, It can be a match maker.
2, It is possible to make good online friendships
3, Some advice is very constructive and usefull

Kick non-christians out, we dont need them polluting this board.

Lets kick non-christians from church too while we're at it. Why not. It's all the same.

Half half, I like the way it is now

That was my vote. I came here to learn more about Christian faith, and I am learning. Ive also made some good friends. However, I also think Christians should have a place to themselves as well. The current set up works well, I think.
Please dont kick me out? :sorry:

I'm new to the forum but I think this is great. A place where I can relate to the conversations.

I also think that it is healthy to have people come in and check out the christian scene with respect to the rules and guidelines and of course to the christian faith.

It also gives us the opportunity to pray for those who are curious or seeking.
Hopefully those who are unbelievers will come to the faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

I think this place should be Christian only. This is not nonchristianforums.com

Allowing nonchristians here only makes the Christian more slothful in his duty of "GOING OUT" and making fishers of men. That habit of having them come to us, when we should be going to them.

Make this place christian only, and we'll be better off.

Juuuuust kidding!

Loki, if you call yourself an Athiest, you have no business labeling yourself as a Christian and vice versa...

Jesus said himself:
Luke 9:50
Also it is said in Revelation:
Revelation 3:15-16

You can't just have sympathies or like Christians/Christianity. You actually have to be a Christian to receive salvation.

Anyhow... Like I said before, they should be allowed, but with more resitrictions... They shouldn't be allowed to challenege our beliefs or anything along the lines of that.

This thread is still going on after so long???? Is this still even a consideration?

I guess my thoughts are that it depends on what the focus of CF is. If CF exists simply for fellowshipping of Christians, then it should be CO. But if CF follows the teachings of Christ who sent us out to light the way for the lost, then it should be a ministry to all, and NO ONE should feel like a second-class citizen.

To all those who have posted about how CF is a valuable tool for saving souls, I ask you to look at your own post history and see how many posts you have made in the open forums in which you give a testimony or otherwise try to share teh gospel in word or deed. I am pretty convicted by my own lip service. It's one thing to say I am out to be a light, but quite another to post in my safe little fun forums and never interacting with people who have a different belief system.
