I also think its important to note that Catholics believe God wills everyone to be saved - He loves and wants each and every one of us - and offers us the grace to choose Him - those excluded from His kingdom are those who knowingly reject his Love and forgiveness.

I have read some of the links/short summaries....I am interested in the controversial question of whether Priests can, using pastoral care, agree to allow divorced/remarried Catholics to receive communion....but I don't know the answer....

Can pastors allow divorced/remarried to take communion (using their pastoral care) - or not - ?

Thanks! I'm going to check out those books! A few quick questions - do eastern Catholics have weekly/Sunday obligation.....do Eastern Catholics have any differences in teaching on who can/cannot take the Eucharist? (re-married, for instance)....

I stand by my point - to call someone an "obnoxious slob" on a Catholic forum goes against everything we are meant to be and stand for as Christians. Im really surprised the moderators don't step in. Charity is a keystone of the Catholic faith. Even if you dont like someone, and dont respect...
