I don't see why not. Opposition to abortion is a view held by many Christians, much in the way that pacifism (opposition to all war and lethal physical violence) is a view held by many Christians.

Abortion is a carrot and it leads us into sin. We want to help but we end up stumbling in contention, bitterness, factions, divisions, slander, gossip, worldly fears and worries, judging in hypocrisy or without mercy, economic fears, complaints and discontent, suspicions and conspiracy theories. Politics are not good in my eyes.

One good approach to reducing abortions is a collection of positive measures: welcoming single moms in church, providing free or low-cost child care, providing free or low-cost medical services, and so on. The last one probably requires government-level resources, but the other measures don't have to involve the government at all.
There are ways to reduce abortions that don't involve making it illegal.
What does the priest intend to communicate with her flag? I don't know, exactly. Perhaps I'd invite her out for coffee and we'd chat about it. We'd probably be able to find areas of agreement, even if we disagreed about what the laws should be.

I agree the church should help single mothers and both parents as well. I agree it's ok to use government funding but we should not follow any politician or political agenda at all. It's a trap. It leads people into the evil of contention, division, fear, worry and bitterness. It's anti faith. It's like a snake, rocks, and thorns in our garden. In my understanding anyway.

A Catholic woman priest? There is no such thing. An Orthodox woman priest? There is no such thing. So that is a bit of an absurd question. If an Anglican or Episcopalian woman priest would actually hold up a pro-life flag then fine. Find me an Anglican or Episcopalian woman priest who would hold up such a flag. I'd be impressed.
